Amazing Race - Teen Challenge

THE AMAZING RACE | JUNE 22-25, 2027

The Amazing Race is held every other year when we don’t have the WELS International Youth Rally. The next International Youth Rally will take place in Bowling Green, OH in July 2026.

WHO: Youth entering grade 9 (as of fall 2027) or just graduating grade 12 (as of Spring 2027)
WHAT: The most fun you’ll have this summer. A team scavenger hunt through Disney’s Hollywood Studies, uplifting keynotes & Bible studies, an amazing resort, and a great chance to grow with people at the same point in life’s journey.

WHEN: June 22-25, 2027.
HOW: Register here (registration opens late 2026) (no payment necessary at time of registration). Payment will happen through your local WELS church in late May.

In the off-years of the International Youth Rally, hundreds of teens from our region head to Universal Studios in FL for a four-day challenge. Like the TV show, "The Amazing Race", teens team up and compete against each other day-to-day, completing challenges, and racing towards the finish. Along the way there is great fun and awesome opportunity to grow in faith and study God's Word.
